Welcoming Wild Land

Wander 32 pristine acres of aspen groves, sage meadows, wildflower-filled lawns, and riverside nooks. Beyul is surrounded by White River National Forest, with 1,700 feet of Frying Pan River frontage and a lush network of ponds, creeks, and waterfalls among the trails.

Hike or backcountry ski right out the back door, without getting in your car. Sit on the river rocks, explore our labyrinth, stumble across our land art and sacred trees, meditate by the river confluence.

The Main Lodge, Patio & Lawn

The Main Lodge holds the front desk, dining room, living room with an oversized fireplace, and our commercial kitchen. Gourmet meals are served here and on the patio, with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms upstairs for your guests.

Outside, the Colorado red rock flagstone patio and central lawn offer pond and meadow views, 2 large fire pits, and century-old trees with strand lighting. Starlink wifi covers the lodge and Gathering Tent, leaving the rest of the property beautifully offline for total relaxation.

The Gathering Tent

1,500 square feet of flexible space that opens to the fresh air or encloses for cozy warmth. Beyul's four-season Gathering Tent is the main indoor venue. The walls roll up for an open-air experience, and on chilly evenings the space can be heated.

It holds 60 for yoga, 80 for a seated dinner, and more for dancing. Full A/V capabilities with a 20' x 8' stage (extendable to 20' x 12'), robust sound system, professional lighting, and a large TV for your presentations.

Accommodations

Our cabins and lodge rooms are lovingly restored, rustic-chic sanctuaries with artistic touches. Guests enjoy high thread count linens, big comfy towels, organic bath products, baseboard and wood stove heating, and refrigerators, kettles, and microwaves in each room, with some cabins featuring full kitchens and kitchenettes.

Food & Drinks

Our chef has crafted delicious seasonal menus featuring local and organic ingredients. Choose between our Signature or Simplified menus, or mix and match meals to your needs. All meals during the stay are provided by Beyul Retreat and served buffet style at the main lodge.

We stock a curated selection of beer, wine, and liquor, with a focus on Colorado breweries, organic wineries, and interesting craft spirits both in our Bodega, and our bars (when booked) staffed by experienced bartenders. See the full menu.

The Onsen

Our 24/7 onsen is a haven of tranquility. The Swedish sauna looks out onto the passing brook and fields, while the spring-fed cold plunge triggers a rush of alertness, energy, and focus.

Stargaze from the warming waters of the hot tub as the tension melts away, replaced by a profound sense of peace.

    Meals follow our on-site rule: a check-in dinner, full days with your chosen meals, and a checkout breakfast. The 20% service charge is included in all food pricing. 7.15% tax applies to all pricing.

    Place your guests across the room tiers (up to each tier's availability), then set what you'd charge each guest by tier. Charging more for private cabins and ensuite rooms and less for shared rooms is a common way to cover your total. These figures are yours to set, separate from what you pay Beyul.

    More Than a Venue

    Our land is your canvas

    We've laid the foundation: the wildflowers, the walking trails, cozy beds and fireplaces, the stage and the lighting. From there, make it your own. Dress it up with decor, florals, and drapery (like these guys), bring your own tablescapes, host a silent disco on the lawn, fill the place with vendors, or... don't. All we ask is that you handle what you bring in.

    Receive a customized contract. You have 7 days to request edits, and your dates are soft-held during this time. The number of people, meal selections, and add-ons may be adjusted up until 5 weeks before your arrival on site.

    Accept the contract and send your deposit to reserve your dates.

    Connect with our team to plan the retreat, meals, and rooming assignments, with a private booking page for your guests if you choose.
